When are you opening?

While we do not have an exact opening date yet, we are working diligently to bring Connect Studio to you in the early months of 2026. Please sign up for our email list by scrolling to the bottom of this page and submitting your email address. You will be the first to know when classes can be purchased, booking windows open, and our Grand Opening date!

Do I need to know how to do pilates, yoga, or sculpt to come to class?

Nope! All of our classes are beginner and newbie friendly! Our instructors are here to guide you during class, offering modications and variations to meet you where you are!

Where are you located?

We are located at The Shops of Park Lane (8132 Park Lane, Suite E160) at the intersection of Park Lane and 75 North Central Expressway. The studio is across from Bowl & Barrel, under the Mirasol Park Lane Apartments, next to Vitalife Wellness and Aesthetics.

Where should I park?

There is plenty of parking around the studio, including a few spots right upfront, and choices of parking garages. Our favorite would be the east garage, located below The Plaza.

How long is each class?

Pilates and Sculpt classes are 50 minutes long, while yoga classes are 60 minutes long.

When should I arrive?

If it's your first time at Connect Studio, we're so excited to have you! And we strongly recommend coming at least 15 minutes before class so our staff can familiarize you with the space, and answer any questions you have! Please note, if you are more than 5 minutes late to class, entry is not permitted for your safety and the safety of our clients.

What do I need to bring to class?

BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)! We also suggest bringing a mat towel and water bottle for your workout. You're more than welcome to also bring your own ankle weights if you like that extra spice! Connect Studio provides all other necessary equipment for class, sweat towels before class, as well as cold towels after class. We also have a filtered water refill station, and offer mat and mat towel rentals, if needed!

What if I don't have my own mat or mat towel, can I rent one?

Absolutely! Mat and mat towel rentals are included in our unlimited membership. For drop-ins and class packs, mat and mat towel rentals are $5 together, and $3 for the towel rental alone. We also offer bottled water for $2.

Is there a shower/changing room?

Yes, we do have a shower/changing room! The shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In the changing room, you'll also find a hair dryer and toiletries for your after-class needs!

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel at least 6 hours before the start of your booked class to avoid a late cancellation fee. Canceling a class within the 6 hour window will incur a $15 late cancellation fee, but allows you to get your class credit back. If you do not show for your booked class without canceling, a $20 no show fee will be charged, as well as your class credit deducted.
